Issachar BER RYBACK 1897 — 1935Захар РИБАК • Захар РЫБАКIssachar Ber Ryback was born in Elizavetgrad, Ukraine in 1897. Graphic and theatre design artist. Attended workers` art courses, Elizavetgrad from 1907. Studied at Kyiv Art College from 1911. Active in Kyiv until 1919. Moved to Moscow where worked during 1919-1921, then to Berlin 1921-1924, back to Moscow 1924-1926. In 1926 emigrated to Paris. Taught at Jewish Culture League, Kyiv 1917-1919. Decorated festivals in Kyiv in 1918. Died in Paris in 1935. |
