Studied art first in Perm and in the 1950’s entered St. Petersburg Art Academy. The artist traveled a lot and painted scenes of Moscow, Kyiv, St. Petersburg, Sevastopol, also Finland, Crimea, Caucasus and Ural. In 1878 P. Vereschagin traveled down the Danube river and painted many scenes from these regions. The artist died in Perm in 1886. |
