Kislakoff was born in Yalta. He recieved his art education in Russia but was forced to leave his homeland in 1920. He lived for many years in Corsica and later, settled in Montmarte. Between 1931 and 1958 Kislakoff participated in a number of art exhibitions in Nice, Paris, Stockholm, Brussels and Manchester. He is known for his landscapes, animated cityscapes and port scenes. His works can be seen in the Musée Chéret in Nice.
