• Golden Section Auction House presents exhibition entitled “Nikolai Hlushchenko’s works on paper from 1930s – 1970s” at the Kyiv National Museum of Russian Art. The show will feature more than 30 works on paper from Hlushchenko’s travels in France, Spain, Germany and Italy as well as his illustrations to Mykhailo Kotsiubynsky’s novel Fata-Morgana. A set of 35 works will emphasize Hlushchenko’s highest point of creativity from 1970s. For the first time the viewer will be able to see the last work by the painter, Bouquet of Flowers which he painted in his very last days. The exhibition will be accompanied by a fully illustrated catalog with a foreword by Eduard Dymshyts. The exhibition to open on April 6 will continue through April 18.
