Paul Kotlarevsky was born on November in Ekaterinburg in 1883. After visiting Rome and Vienna, Kotlarevsky with his family arrived in Paris in 1913. He studied art at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts and maintained close relations with Charchoune, Le Fauconnier and Franscisco Bores. The artist died in Paris in 1950.
