Studied at Kazan Art School in 1885-1900; St. Petersburg Art Academy in 1901-1909. Active in Kazan from 1909 to 1923. Moved to the USA in 1923 where he was active in New York, Taos, New Mexico. Member of Commune of Artists from 1910. Specialized in portraits and genre paintings. Taught at Kazan Art School. Became an academician in 1916. Feshin was also a theatre design artist in 1920-1922. Died in Los Angeles in 1955. |
